I can’t speak highly enough of the creche team — especially Indi and Kareem on the afternoon shift. They truly go above and beyond for my kids and every other child in their care. They know my children so well, make them feel happy and safe, and always greet them with genuine warmth. What makes it extra special is that they also take the time to check in on me — a small gesture that means so much and shows just how thoughtful and caring they are. If you’re considering putting your child in creche while you get your gym fix after a long day, you honestly couldn’t ask for better carers than Indi and Kareem. 💛 A special shout-out also goes to Jaylen and Andre at reception — always friendly, welcoming, and delivering incredible customer service. I was very nervous and anxious about joining a gym after seeing people's bad experiences online, for example being photographed and made fun of online, I was especially anxious as I am an amputee. I got a taste of what gym life was like while in the hospital during rehab and I loved it that much that I wanted to join a gym. I decided to go and visit Fitness Cartel Health Clubs at Aspley and spoke to Paris. After about 20 minutes I was much calmer and decided to join there and then. The staff are very friendly and approachable, even the scary ones 😂, the equipment is new and easy to use and the environment is very relaxed and welcoming, makes me want to come back again and again. So glad that I didn't let fear stop me from joining a gym, very happy that I chose Fitness Cartel as the gym I joined. I highly recommend this gym, thank you 😊 ~ The T
I'd like to give a shoutout to Drew, who works as a Sales Representative for Fitness Cartel I've been to World's Gym, Anytime Fitness, Jetts, Snap Fitness and YMCA gym's in the past, however haven't experienced the level of customer service shown, or depth of tailoring a workout schedule finally suited to me, the way Drew has done. I believe she goes above and beyond her responsibilities at Fitness Cartel, and I just wanted to publicly acknowledge that it's very much appreciated from myself and others she helped along the way Fitness Cartel Aspley is A1, the culture is great, the environment and gym equipment available is second to none Also shoutout to Tori in Reception, the whole team is super friendly/supportive in anyone achieving their workout goals Sign up with these guys, they're the best doing it - Jake ~ Jake P
