One of the best gyms around. - Amazing equipment that is kept serviceable and fixed quickly when breakdowns happen (personally never seen something out of order for more than a week when it rarely happens). - Incredible facilities and services on offer including traditional saunas, posing room (my favorite), virtual cycle class and group fitness which is all included with standard membership - Very cheap and fair pricing - The best Protien smoothies around (highly recommended the Oreo one) - Friendly staff and members who always say hello and bye as you pass and are always up for a chat Highly recommend this gym for anyone either starting their fitness journey or looking to upgrade their gym ~ Jared L

Emma at Fitness Cartel Aspley is absolutely incredible and one of the main reasons the gym has such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. I was very nervous and anxious about joining a gym after seeing people's bad experiences online, for example being photographed and made fun of online, I was especially anxious as I am an amputee. I got a taste of what gym life was like while in the hospital during rehab and I loved it that much that I wanted to join a gym. I decided to go and visit Fitness Cartel Health Clubs at Aspley and spoke to Paris. After about 20 minutes I was much calmer and decided to join there and then. The staff are very friendly and approachable, even the scary ones 😂, the equipment is new and easy to use and the environment is very relaxed and welcoming, makes me want to come back again and again. So glad that I didn't let fear stop me from joining a gym, very happy that I chose Fitness Cartel as the gym I joined. I highly recommend this gym, thank you 😊 ~ The T

I can’t speak highly enough of the creche team — especially Indi and Kareem on the afternoon shift. They truly go above and beyond for my kids and every other child in their care. They know my children so well, make them feel happy and safe, and always greet them with genuine warmth. What makes it extra special is that they also take the time to check in on me — a small gesture that means so much and shows just how thoughtful and caring they are. If you’re considering putting your child in creche while you get your gym fix after a long day, you honestly couldn’t ask for better carers than Indi and Kareem. 💛 A special shout-out also goes to Jaylen and Andre at reception — always friendly, welcoming, and delivering incredible customer service. I'd like to give a shoutout to Drew, who works as a Sales Representative for Fitness Cartel I've been to World's Gym, Anytime Fitness, Jetts, Snap Fitness and YMCA gym's in the past, however haven't experienced the level of customer service shown, or depth of tailoring a workout schedule finally suited to me, the way Drew has done. I’ve been going to Fitness Cartel Aspley for a little under a year since moving to the area, and have gone nearly every day since joining. You can tell that the staff takes a lot of pride in the place because it’s always extremely clean and welcoming, regardless of the time of day or how crowded it is. All of the staff is excellent as well, but I’d like to give a shout out to Emma specifically. Emma is always super kind and helpful, always takes time to chat and check in on my experience, and makes the best smoothie this side of the river. HAD A AWESOME TOUR WITH A GREAT SWEET KIND SPIRITED TOUR GUIDE KIRSTY WHO DID AN AMAZING JOB SHOWING ME AROUND. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HAPPY GO LUCKY. In the years I have been going to different gyms - Fitness Cartel is by far the best gym. You can find everything under 1 roof. From when I made my first enquiry online, Sarah contacted me within minutes - after the first meet and greet I signed up on the same day. You can definitely feel the positive vibe from the moment you step in the door. Never in my life I did any classes until now. Euan, Mel and Sally are so encouraging and supportive and makes you feel included. When is comes to supplements and recommendations - Alex has been incredible. Came in as a casual visit! This gym has a great health and fitness vibe! Really friendly, helpful reception staff. Made me feel welcome (could have stayed chatting all day). Excellent gym equipment!! Great selection of different equipment and plenty of it. Clean, spacious and accessible. I was happy with the lay out but that’s personal between individuals, suited me perfectly. PTs friendly and not aggressive sales agents. They clear work on building relationships. Low level lighting created a great ambiance/ atmosphere. Amazing, gym amazing facilities. Ronan is hands down one of the best receptionists at Fitness Cartel Aspley. Always welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely makes everyone feel comfortable the second they walk through the doors. Super friendly, professional, and somehow remembers everyone like you’re a regular. I have going to Fitness Cartel for a few months now and can confidently say I’ve made the right choice. First impressions of the gym came down to equipment and facility’s which there is an abundance of for both training of all sorts and recovery. As I continued to train here I got time to meet the staff as well as the community who also attends here and have recommended this gym to many of my friends and family due to the friendly, approachable and helpful nature of everyone. I left my previous gym to follow my PT. Since joining Fitness Cartel, I haven't been disappointed. (Except after my first workout session we went into a 2 week lockdown) The team there are very friendly and professional. The gym equipment, the fit out, the atmosphere and the decor would put allot of other large chain gyms to shame. Also I have been with PT Jacob for 12 months and I am still getting amazing results while enjoying my work out experience with an expert trainer. I had such a positive experience with the friendly staff at FC Aspley, especially Kareem. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure the children felt safe and comfortable. I appreciated how approachable he was, and his eagerness to help. It’s clear he takes pride in his role and brings great energy to the gym. I had a Pilates class this morning with Toni Thwaites and it was amazing!! I’m fairly new to this and have had 6 classes so far, just want to shout out because Toni was incredible and it was the hardest but best class I’ve had by far. Fitness Cartel Aspley has been amazing since before I signed up. Cannot thank the team enough for their kindness and support to everyone that walks in the doors! I recently joined the Fitness Cartel Aspley and is by far the best and fully equipped gym I have ever trained at. Been a member of Fitness Cartel - Health Club (Aspley) now for the last 12 months along with my two teenage kids and my six-year-old son who goes to kids club and we absolutely love it as a family. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the personal trainers are very knowledgeable and awesome. The facilities / gym are clean, well maintained and state of the art equipment. Okay, you can have massive floor space and a copious range equipment but sometimes a great gym often starts at reception. And on that note, Aspley Fitness Cartel goes down as one of the best. I joined the gym about a month ago and couldn’t be more happier! The facilities, classes, saunas and of course the protein shakes after workouts, you truly get the full experience. I want to give a special shout out to Aiden and the FCT classes each week. Aiden goes above and beyond, and has built an incredible community in the FCT classes, ensuring everyone is smashing their individual goals and creating a team work environment. Was recommended to go to this gym by a friend and was nervous because I am not young or fit. From the moment I went into the gym I was made to feel welcome and the nerves just left me. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, patient and definately next level!!! Have been to other gyms and this is absolutely my go to place. Great gym that caters for all with equipment specifically for fitness, athletes, physique, bodybuilding and every type in between. They also have great amenities and a sauna, as well as great staff and PT's. I have particurlarly enjoyed a good health and fitness relationship with Jaylen, a PT from FC Aspley and find his approach and dedication to helping his clients and anyone else that approaches him, above and beyond my expectations. ~ Jeff B

I have been a member at dozens of gyms over the past 30 years and FC is hands down the best. It combines all aspects of what is great and offers this from one facility. Good people, cafe, creche, large spaces, good equipment and first class facilities, sauna, bathrooms, etc. I also like the dimmed lighting, it provides a casual / calm element to the place that other gyms with 10K lumen lighting lack. ~ Timeforchange2025
